A yo-yo or yo-yo consists of two disks connected by a central bar. A wire is attached to this bridge and wound. The discs spin around the center bar as you move the yo-yo up and down with the help of a string.

The imperial-shaped, classic round-shaped yoyo is perfect for so-called loop tricks and usually has a narrow line gap. Butterfly-shaped yo-yos have wide line spacing and are suitable for line tricks or string tricks.
